Having trained as a dancer and actor from the age of 16, physical awareness, discipline and technique has always been at the core of my work. I have worked professionally on stage and screen for over 20 years and it has always been necessary to keep my body in peak physical condition to execute roles. In doing so I have gained a deep understanding of the full capabilities of our bodies,
Surpassing my own limitations, in 2015 I was selected along side some of the UK’s fittest for BBC Ultimate Hell Week. An ultimate endurance challenge where we were pushed beyond our mental and physical limits by battle-hardened veterans from the world's toughest special forces.
Now with over 10 years experience in the fitness industry my client base ranges from elite athletes, west end performers to the complete training novice.
My goal is to help people learn how to achieve their fitness & body goals through efficient training the Folarin fitness way. Fun and Focused. Sharing my knowledge and skills with the community.
My versatile skillset allows me to teach across multiple disciplines: Body Transformation, Strength & conditioning, Boxing conditioning, sport specific, Barre and Calisthenics. Having taught at some of the UK’s leading fitness studios you will now find me at Barry’s bootcamp.
Folarin Fitness provides professional fitness programs designed to help you reach and maintain your health and fitness goals. Coaching methods to motivate and form new lifestyle habits. Offering nutritional advice and weight management knowledge along the way. Working with each client to custom design an exercise plan that reflects their short and long-term goals.

Bespoke programming tailored to the individual, firstly laying the foundations of movement through good technique, postural and alignment corrections matched with mobility to achieve performance efficiency.
